Its of course entirely your choice, but......
You dont need to destroy any bra or panty.
Instructions.....
Take a slab of ducttape
Press thumbtacks through, pointy side at non-sticking side, heads on sticking side
Then add one more slab of ducttape to cover the tackheads.
Now you have perfect inlays
For breasts: space the tacks by about 1 inch, dont forget to emphasize the nipples.
For panties: 2 tacks per inch.
2 rows, one row for each labia.
Actually: more tacks is less painfull (same weight carried by more points -->less force per point)
