Get on a stool next to a door and put rope through leg holes and tie rope over door so you won't touch ground when u hang. While on stool tie up legs shove dirty sock in mouth and handcuff/ tie up arms. You can not get out until underwear rips so wear 3 pairs
mine must not last more than 15 minutes
