play paper, rock, scissors, or similar game until there is a Winner, 2nd, and loser. 2nd and loser have to strip down to their underwear. the Winner gets to cut both sets of underwear off their bodies. Loser has to stay naked, winner will tell 2nd what pair of underwear to put on, either a kids pair or a jock strap. Both will stay that way for remaining dares or until winner decides they may dress.
