Since I love dildo in my throat, I did it on higher difficulty, so I added +1 to every dice throw.
Especially after getting 5 on fuck your mouth with your dildo was really difficult, I couldn't repeat this so many times in row without too much gagging, So I punished myslef by holding it in mouth for whole minute. after that I got 6 on spit play, making me so messy and nasty that I couldn't even see next challenge text anymore.
I love this so much that I decided to uprage it to Throat Heaven 3.
