I think a humiliating act is one you would be ashamed of doing if you were caught.

For a guy it might be something like shaving his legs and then being made to wear shorts in public.

Or wearing panties at the urinal.

For us girls, it might be wearing a butt plug in public and having someone see a lump in your pants where the end sticks out.

Or edging in public and having someone watch you.
