I think as a punishment for being a bitch at work you should wear your underwear in a wedgie for the next week whenever your at work. If it gets really uncomfortable then you'll just have to deal with it because you are not allowed to touch or take out the wedgie unless it is to use the bathroom. And you should normal underwear, so basically as long as it's not a thong.
