Your device should be blocked from 6pm to 8 am, all content should be child friendly and you shouldn't be able to use the Internet on Sundays.
If I remember correctly, there are options which types of sites you would like to block.
Simply activate all of them :-p
Next roll a dice, keep this setting for that many weeks.
