I like option 1 the most but maybe with a few twists.
-Add some nipple clamps with a chain for him to pull on while you pleasure him?
-what about binding your breasts? I'm sure those DD's would look great tightly bound.
-How about being blindfolded with the headphones on, a note on you explaining what you would like to do for him, and all your toys and equipment laid out nearby in case he wants to add something.
-Lastly put the drink on a table next to you and have your hands completely bound so all the work will be strictly your mouth.
