5 would be because 20 clothes pegs on sensitive areas can be more painful taking them off then taking just one off, I have had both yes the pain is less during but taking them off can be worse.

You are totally right. I feel the same, although I might enjoy the hard and painful suction on my lips and clit as well. Both is very arousing for me I think.
