I did this one a few weeks ago and was kind of disappointed by the results. It wasn't nearly as intense as described. I found it to be only slightly uncomfortable and although there were waves of feeling like I was about to finally release without it coming, the feeling wasn't really overwhelming or distracting. If anything it was just annoying. Partly because it wasn't as intense as I was expecting. When I finally did release it all it was because I was tired after waiting over an hour for it to happen on its own. I had full control of it.
