Sport Soccer Workout & Outfit - How high can you go?

For a bit of a learning exercise I've made a web app based workout/exercise dare, or perhaps more appropriately challenge.

The instructions are all on the site but basically you make a user profile with all the clothing you have. When you are ready a random outfit is created for you, once you've got that on then a series of exercises are given to you. These exercises are all able to be completed without any special equipment.

The range you may be given exercises from is:
  • Pushups
  • Crunches
  • Planking
  • Side Plank
  • Wall sit
  • Running on spot
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squats
  • Chair tricep dips

You must complete these as quickly as possible in order to try and beat the secret target time. If you don't, or if you are unable to complete any of the exercises then you will be given a punishment,

I dare you to start at level one and work your way up seeing how high you can without punishment!

If you are feeling extra daring then do the workout in public with whatever outfit is chosen for you.
