There are so many variables. I'm studying law to become an LEO, while the law I'm currently studying doesn't include sexual activities, I can say that if he's got any prior record of sexual assult, battery, etc. He's in deep shit.

If he has any prior record, the government has the right to search and seize his entire computer (granted with a warrant of probable cause). They find any hint of him doing this with a minor, he's screwed. Fines, jailtime, etc.

Now if he doesn't have record, and the Police find him somehow, he's name get's it's own page on WatchDog (basically a list of every sexual offender in your area, you're neighbor, mother, and everyone else in the world will know what you did.) If I were him, I wouldn't take any chances.

Other than that, he'd have to be tipped off. Or hit an online undercover (and there are more of those around than you think!)
