Wrap your dominant hand around your cock and scotum, enclosing your genitals. Take the roll of duct tape with your non-dominant hand and start wrapping your hand with the duct tape. Make sure there is no possible way to remove your dominant hand from your genitals without the usage of a tool (i.e. a pair of scissors). Sleep with your hand taped to your genitals. Tip: make sure you peed before you are going to sleep and duct tape your hand & genitals.
