You will need a bag, and a lock with a key. Leave the key at your starting point, and go for at least a half mile walk. When you're ready to turn around, strip to your underwear, put it in your bag, and lock it shut. You may now return to go look for your key where you left it. If you want to make it harder, lock your undies away too.
