1. Take highest number in this dare (so the most recent number). Divide by 4 for the number of diapers you must wear (rounded up), for at least that number of hours. (7 dares is double diapers for 7 hours).
2.you must wet them and if you have to poo you can use the toilet but must wet diapers
3. those diapers cannot be changed until they have leaked
