(1) Drink a liter of water, once you have to go to the bathroom, hogtie yourself and put on a blindfold. But before you start set a timer for 45 min, you may not untie yourself until the timer rings.
To see what you wear roll a die:
1. full clothing
2. no shirt
3. just underwear
4.Nothing
5. Nothing + a gag
6. Nothing + a gag and spank yourself 25 times once your untied
Or
(2) have someone give you a hanging wedgie in a mall or park or something else like that holding a sighn that says i enjoy this with your moouth taped shut stay like that until someone helps you or underwear rips
