This is really excellent. Honestly, one of the most interesting stories I've read on the site in a long time. I think the switches in perspective work a little clunkily--it may be better just to tell it from the Sadist's perspective. Besides a couple of grammar and spelling problems, I think you *write* well and generally are good at keeping interest and creating a scene.
