Modify as follows...
When you race to the toilet, ONCE IN THE BATHROOM, try to strip naked before peeing...
If you don't quite make it, you'll obviously have some piss-soaked clothes to wash. Sit on the toilet to finish emptying your bladder, wrap yourself in a towel, then finish making the post.
If you do manage to get naked in time, sit on the toilet and count to 100 SLOWLY before being allowed to pee. Get dressed, then finish typing the post.
