Your wedgie is a hanging one.
But here's specifics if you want to comply. Wear briefs. Instead of the back waistband, you'll hook the two leg holes of your undies on the hook/fence boards/whatever you use. You'll also not wear anything else for the wedgie. Just the briefs, and clothes can be put on once underwear has ripped off.
