Try this :

Wear reasonably loose underwear of your choice and duct tape the leg holes to your legs. Next up, fill the underwear to create a bulge resembling male genitals (cock and balls). This can be done by either wearing a strap-on underneath the underwear, or perhaps putting in a banana or a cucumber with some small fruits. The possibilities are endless. Once you are satisfied with how the bulge looks, dress up in clothing of your choice, but the bulge should be fairly visible. A reasonably tight pair of pants, shorts or a skirt would work the best.

Step2: check yourself in the mirror before going on. You should have a minor to major bulge now in between your legs, depending on how you chose to complete the first step. Once you are outside, go wherever you would normally go, but keep track of reactions that people have. This includes quick glances in your crotch area, surprised looks, maybe even disgusted looks, and more. Keep a track of who looked at the bulge more, men or women. This can be used for some research later. If someone asks you about it, you can explain the dare to them, and then offer to show them it. If they accept, take them somewhere private and either pull down your pants or lift up your skirt so they can take a nice look at the bulge. If they want to, you can let them feel you up. Keep track of different reactions to this as well.

Step3 (bonus): go to a club, and try to get a partner to dance, and then begin humping him or her. Alternatively, just walk up to someone and poke them with your crotch. Keep track of reactions here too.
