Tell the person above something they must do for the entire year of 2013. So it will start January 1, 2014, and last all the way through December 31, 2014. So get your posts in before New Year, otherwise they won't count!
Remember, people will be doing these for a whole year, so MAKE THEM REASONABLE!! And obviously keep it in their limits.
