use a broomstick to give urself a propeller wedgie but stop once it strts to get difficult to turn, then hang urself by the broom as high as u can, once underwear rips put on another pair and give ur self an atomic wedgie....do 100 squats while atomic is in place.......tht will hurt =] enjoy!
