For me, I use a lindt remover. It basically has a thick rounded handle that is around five inches long and at the bottom it has a flayed end; like a butt plug, so you can push it in as far as it goes and not worry about it getting lost
. They are really cheap as well - you can get them from Ikea, and most pound stores - and different types have different thickness's so I've got around three types :P
