Mmmm..... Here is one or two really varies which one you want to do and how you want to do it.
Varies on chair and so on, either way, while you on your puter for any reason you must sit on rice or thumbtacks and you can't cover it you must be bare to sit. You can use a piece of cardboard to make the tacks less... so on..
Simple really cushion on chair can vary to do that as well
