I wouldn't even have the idea to do such things in public. Especially not in a place where I literally could end up being "caged". As soon as the tram or bus is moving, you cannot just get out, if somebody really catches you masturbating in there. No, I definately wouldn't do that, but I see why this might work for many guys and girls.
