24F curious about pee hypnosis
 

Anyone have any suggestions or links to good pee/diaper/wetting/bedwetting hypnosis content? I’m interested in giving it a try (it’d be fun to untrain my bladder a bit and force myself into wearing diapers). I’ll give reports in this thread for every one I try.

Also feel free to give me other instructions/requirements along with the hypnosis recommendation. Anything from amount of water to drink/how long to hold/what to wear with the diaper/how long before changing if I do wet. Whatever else you can think of within my limits. Be creative :)

Drink quite a bit of water a hour before you use the file and do not relieve yourself until you listen to the file. The file is a one off.
