Workout and Fitness Dares 2024
 
I'm hoping to get a group of people interested in workout/fitness dares/challenges and set something up for 2024.

New Years resolutions where we can push each other to workout. Keep each other accountable for fitness goals.

host weekly/monthly competitions

specifics yet to be determined, and will depend on participants.

I see similar threads have started and died in the past, so if there's currently an active group let me know.

I think if you worked out specifics of something that would work for you and at lesat a few others, then more people could see if the logistics work for them in their circumstances and training goals.

im keen for this, maybe we could start a Kik group chat. start a weekly or daily goal. Maybe we upload smart watch or fitness app screen shots at the end of the day. set a daily goal for steps or calories burnt. who ever doesn't reach the goal does a forfeit and upload a pic to the group. within likes and limits of course

Looking for something to do?
Want a starter that many people can work on?
This is not a big body builder thing, but can help get people working out and warming up their muscles at home.

Who wants to try this - add up what you do and subtract from the total.

Any exercise, with dumbbells.
Pounds of dumbbells (no barbells) moved. (Reps x weight)
Total to be done by the group = 10,000 pounds

SPECIAL => must be naked (shoes allowed for stable footing)
