You are to make and wear 24/7 a tack bra and tack panties (tacks front and back) one size too small in both cases. Including in bed at night when you wear nothing else. You may wear other clothes on top during the day.

For every hour you spend at home awake you need to wear your nipple clamps 10 minutes. Do this like a rule for the whole week.
