Any clothes, that's up to you. Leave the house needing to pee. Set a timer for 20 minutes.

Now go for a walk, do not look at the timer at any point. When the timer goes off you must stop exactly where you are, and wet yourself. You can then walk home.

Try taking two identical diapers, cut holes and slits in one, in a way where you can fold it up and not know which is which.

Then you should randomly pick one, put a pair of light coloured trousers over the top and go shopping!

Below waist you wear jeans knickers ans shoes only. Instead of belt you have chain and padlock so you can't pull down jeans without key.

When you enter the store, make sure your bladder is about to burst. Find the isle with baby items, and buy yourself some formula. The moment you have it in your hands, I want you to zip open your jacket, and pull your skirt up. So you notice you're wearing a diaper. Get to the register, and as youre walking closer you push harder and harder on your bladder. The moment the men/woman asks you to pay, push it all out and talk to him/her. Feel your diaper filling up, and enjoy the humiliation ;) Walk out and go home, at home you may change.
