Have a little mistaken with a title but I was a bit in a hurry so please be forgiving
Had an occasion to play many person above dares but haven't seen pet play
one. So it works simply:
Person (a) gives a rule f.ex.: "Loser can eat only from a bowl"
Then person (b) add another f.ex. :Loser can only crawl at home"
And person (c) booms .
All the rules apply to the person right before the boomer.

So I will start:
1) Loser has to bark at least 20 times a day
