Yes when I was 16 years old at a friends pool party with nearly everyone from my high school and I was on the diving board my brother put my Sim down it was embarrassing because I have barely entering puberty and it was the start of me being known to have a small penis. It's still small

Does it count if you're pantsed by the ocean? I should probably explain...

I was on a beach holiday and took a chance to swim at the beach while I was there. I swam a bit further out from the shore than I typically would and got caught in one of those localised currents that can sweep you out further than you intend. I tried to swim against it and get back toward the shore but my swimsuit bottoms weren't very close fitting and ended up getting swept off as I swam.

I was left with a choice.. keep heading for shore or try to grab my bottoms that floated to the surface before they disappear. I went for the bottoms and caught them but ended up out of my depth. A coast guard saw me get swept out and came after me. He was able to get hold of me and guide me back toward the beach. I couldn't just head up out of the water still pantless so when it was shallow enough to stand again I had to tell him what happened so I could fix my outfit before being taken back to shore. He was the only one that knew but I was briefly bottomless on a beach.

yes, back when I was still in elementary school I went to an after school program where myself and this girl I knew would play a special kind of tag only when you got caught by the other person you would be taken back to the hideout and be striped of pants and underwear then the roles were switched and repeated

At High School when we had changed for sports we had to wait in the corridor
outside the changing rooms, boys one side and girls the other.

It was common for a little horseplay, ie boys pulling at your shorts a bit or girls
lifting each others skirts. Seeing a bit of a few pairs of underwear each session
was not unusual.

One day, someone behind me pulled my shorts and underpants down to my
knees. I managed to pull them up very quickly, about 10 boys and 20 or so
girls saw. Much laughter!

I pretended to be cross, but I had arranged it with my friend to do it as a
dare given to me by somebody else to let the prettiest girl in our class see
my penis.
