Each time you so much as think about putting that hand on your clit, STOP, grab a clothespin, hair clip, binder clip or similar and put it on that clit instead, for AT LEAST 15 minutes.

Put a rubber band on each wrist. Each time you catch yourself rubbing or thinking about rubbing snap your wrists 10 times each. For the third time and any successive infractions you are to excuse yourself to the bathroom and snap your clit with the rubber band 10 times.

When ever you find those fingers down there, you can always use them to pinch that clit. Perhaps, even let your fingernails dig into it a bit.

If you aren't wearing a diaper, then you have to keep the same panties on the entire 48 hours, even if you wet them. Since you were rubbing while you read it, the 48 hours starts over.
