Go out to Target or Walmart, and buy a 20 pack of adult diapers, that are your pants' size (for example: if you wear between a size 26 to a size 41 inch waist, buy small/medium depends). Then, once you've gotten them home, wear ONLY the diapers in the house.

Also, if you are adventurous enough, use the diapers, for their intended use!!!

Either pee in, or put water in, your diaper until it's full. See how long you can spend in public with a heavy diaper on.
