A dare for all
 

not really. I dare anyone over weight to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year. It sounds easy, but its not.

that's true. it's very difficult to lost 10 pounds. i'm not overweight, but i would like to lose ten pounds. unfortunately, i couldn't last 2 days on a diet. T.T

Well seeing as my mum once told me she lost a pound or two in a week, I'm assuming that in 52 weeks... well, yeah...?

stupid dare, losing weight isn't always a good thing

This is acutally a really good dare, not for all though I mean if you are underweight you wouldn't want to loose 10 more pounds, but if you are fat you would want to. Some people may find it easier if they got dared to lose weight than if they were told they had to. And 10 pounds in a year is actually quite easy to do.

I see your point, but don't you think if this dare was given in an actual game with friends, it'd be a little insulting too?

If given with friends, yes it would be somewhat offensive--however, I accept the dare. I'm going to lose my freshman 15. xD

10 months to lose 10 pounds? I accept, all you really have to do is play DDR a couple times a week, and don't overeat. You may actually lose more than a pound a month.

i am already underweight ! if lose 10more pound i be dead

Well, i see how this could be hard. The trick will be to loose it and keep it off for a year!:eek:

lol i see if u lose ten pounds before the time is up u have to try and stay like that lol :confused: losing weight really isnt that hard and everyone should have a healthy and fit lifestyle :D when im a dog i get good exercise lol :D Its a pretty good dare :D
