This might seem silly but I really like when people tell me to do the normal everyday things that I'm sometimes really bad at doing, like eating breakfast or dinner, going to bed at a decent time, things like that.

This is actually a really good question, thanks. So here's the thing, I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, the thing that stops me from ever getting a spanking that I actually need to take time to physically recover from is that 1, I bruise really easily and it doesn't heal well, and 2, it doesn't take much for me to feel like I've been punished. If I do something wrong I feel guilty and I always want to make things okay, so it takes almost nothing in terms of punishment for the point to get across.

Mentally it takes a while. I also get in this subby little sad space where I require too much attention and need lots of reassurance that basically I'm not a terrible human and things like that. That can sometimes take a few days where I usually just retreat into myself for a bit.

I think it was like a month. I don't like denial it makes me very whiney and mopey so I try to avoid it at all cost.
