Ninjota's getFit challenge
 
Alright for all you people out there who feel up to the challenge, here's a little dare for you (In a non sexual manner, so i'm not sure how many people are going to do it).

I plan for this dare to help people lose weight and feel better about themselves in the short time of two monthes (Approx). If you've ever wanted to lose weight, or tone up, and get in shape, now's the time! I'm making this for the people who want to force themself to do it Via Dare, and for those who just want support doing it. Think about it. Whats two months, out of the rest of your life?

This is going to be a multi-part dare. As both a health enthusiast and someone who has turned their life around (Lost 100 lbs), the first part of your dare is to

Stop eating all processed sugar for the duration of this challenge.

This includes and candies, sodas, baked goods with sugar in them, etc.

Does this mean you have to give up sweet? No, Sucralose (I.e. Splenda) Is fine, Zero calorie sweetner. I'm going to start a chain of these dares in hope to help make some people healthier. Fruit also contains NATURAL sugar which is sweet.

Every few days I'm going to add a new part until i reach the end. This Challenge will last until May 1st, 2010.

I REALLY hope to see some people join me in this, and at the end, by may first, i plan on announcing winners for this dare.


-Most weight lost
-Most Dramatic Physical Change
-Most Dramatic Mental Change (I.e. Changing your thinking, etc)

To be eligible for the awards, for the first one, you must record your weight Via a consistent scale. That means, a scale you will have aces to use both to start and finish. The second one, it is recommended that you take a picture of you before you do this, and after. Now, as i know i am not allowed to request pictures, this is strictly Optional. I, however will be doing this.

The last award will be obtained via who i think this dare has helped the most in their way of thinking towards their own body, and nutrition.

It will be hard, don't doubt that, but nothing worth having is easy. A wise man once said:

hmm, i already tried quitting sweets, didn't work.

i'm too distracted and i end up being half way through a candy bar before i relalize i shouldn't eat that.

i'll remain fat forever. ^_^

I highly applaud you for thinking this up, and I'd do it if conveinance food wasn't a lot easier for me to have (yay, university ¬¬)

I'm medically underweight at the moment, and worryingly annoyed at not being to join in safely.

If it branches into strength/muscle building count me in!

Ohh, i can "modify" your version =] Just give me a bit.

Just letting everyone know, since i'm doing this as well, one of my main motives is because i have a Martial arts tournament coming up in two monthes, and i cant let my dojo down!

Im so glad to see so many people take the initiative and hop on board with this! :D

I'm totally going to do this. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I mainly want to tone up. So I'm with you on this one. :D And your awsome for making a thread like this.

Hehe, awesome! I'm glad i've got people supporting me here!

Alright, todays part added to the challenge, there are two parts to it, the second part is going to be based on your goal, weight loss or tone up.


Part 1 :Cut down any oils you take in by half, and don't eat them past 4 PM. Eat protein instead if you can.(16:00)


Part 2[Weight Loss]: Do 30 jumping jacks each day.

Part 2[Tone Up]: Do 20 Push-ups each day.

The next part will come either tommorow, or the day after! I hope to see more people start joining in, and congratulations to those who have already joined in :)

Would never last I am a self confessed chocoholic my only vice apart from being a self confessed sex mad exhibitionist sorry so wont be doing this one.
