For 24 hours you can only only orgasm after edging, and the number of orgasms will be determined by the number of your edges. You have to do all of your edges first to then orgasm.

East difficulty: Up to you to decide how many to do, but once you're done with those orgasms you can't do anymore for the rest of the time.

Harder difficulty: Roll two dice and add the numbers. Edge that many times.

Insane difficulty: Roll two dice and multiply the numbers. Edge that many times.

If you orgasm early before you finish your edges than no more orgasms that day. Wait until the next day to repeat the same difficulty you were on.
