3 cousins need dares...

Hey!
I'm camping with my two cousins and I wanna play TorD...we are all guys (18,16,14)...we've already played and they are kind of shy so it usually goes 'til stupid dares like strip to your underwear...and ideas to get the game fun and going? And dares too? thanks..
