Personally I think seeing my own or someone else's bladder bulge is hot. It shows how much the person needs to go. I love the idea of wearing a crop-top and a low-cut pair of pants so I can't hide it. I'd be so angry if people laughed and patted it but I couldn't do anything!
Another thing that makes it really hot is that it looks childish, and it's hard to take someone seriously with a big belly bump protruding over their belt! If the person is fit or thin, it makes them look a little chubby (even though it's just the belly), and I'm really thin and fantasize being made fun of for having some curves.

Writing this with a nicely visible plump bump, after holding it for around eight hours :P

I suppose so, but i dont mind it on fat bellies either depends on the reason for full bladder, getting a full bladder released into your mouth or face does seems hot no matter the size
