But i have never tried it.. I honestly don't think my arms are long enough. Lol

Yes I have and mostly successful, it's not a matter of hole size as much as arm size stopping me from really getting deep.

I haven't but in lack of any other fist I would very much like to try this myself.
I have tried perhaps a little (a few fingers) but it's actually very difficult to make that move reaching behind. I am sure that I would be able to fit my fist with some practice, but I don't think I can actually bend my hand that way behind me.
