Thank you for the question, already got this from someone else as well. What is the best way to see list of things and decide what could be our likes and dislikes?

For telling apart, let's use color code but we will also put in our signature.

Katrina - Pink color
Tori - Green

The two most common are probably Kinklist and Humansexmap
Kinklist is a little less verbose, but has a better way to express how much you like/dislike things and it also allows to specify if you like it on you or on your partner, while Humansexmap includes pretty much every kink possible but has less rating options.
Both let you create your own online instance so you can link to it in your signature if you like.

I (Katrina) have gone out without underwear and lingerie to clubs and couple of times to cafe as well. Tori mentioned she has never gone out without underwear but she has done no bra visits. We have really enjoyed our visits those ways and would maybe try it as dare too
