This is mainly for the fairer sex but guys can adapt it if they wish.
Get your bike out and remove the saddle .Replace the saddle with a dildo if you have one or something similar .
You now need to wear a skirt and no knicks
mount your bike making sure the dildo is nicely seated inside you and go for a ride .

If you replace the saddle with a dildo without a means of preventing you sliding too far down on it my guess is: hospitalisation after the first bump in the road... just saying

i would wear jogging bottoms loose so i would pull the back of them and my underwear down sit bare bottom on the saddle if in summer wear a long t'shirt or in winter wear a long coat

I agree with RST here. Try a suction cup dildo or a strap on harness tied to the seat instead. Either way, it's a fun sounding idea and I wish I could try it.
