Trying this right now. So far it's not as expected. The kotex pad isn't a very effective plug for me, about 1/3 of everything has leaked out within 1 minute of plugging up and diapering up.

I did this tonight. Two notes:

1) I used coconut oil instead of the liquid suppositories. I read that you could make homemade ones from it, and it worked great. Was cramping up within 5 minutes.
2) when I used the panty liner I was concerned about losing it up my ass. I left it poking a bit out, and it still worked effectively.

Thought I was going to mess about 4 times before finally the plug gave way. Definitely gonna try this again.

A couple of times people ask "what about the dangers putting the Pad in?

I can answer that.

First, the bananas have the same consistency as normal poo. It cannot damage the intestines. It will provide bulk and the need to urge. The pad cannot get lost, because the bananas are first inserted and provide a barrier for the pad, should it travel upwards. It doesn't though. You need to use lube to make everything slippery. The only danger is the pad, as a dry and absorbing material, irritating the membranes of your asshole. When you use enough lube or other slippery substance, the irritating will be minimal. Don't force anything though. Everything should slip easily inside with some mild pushing.

Dangers should be minimal, but always play with care.

I tried this a few months back... I had a hard time with the bananas alone. Four suppositories is WAAAAY too much. I would do maybe one next time and probably try less banana.
