Punish my hands if you can.....
 

Provide painful, nonsexual punishments for me targeting the hands only, anywhere from shoulders to arms to fingers and palms.

Like to get them especially from females, but guys can also post.

Must be doable by myself (example, I can strike my hands w a ruler hard enough that by 3 strokes I wince).

Novel punishments (better than ruler on hands) are highly sought. Please be as clear as possible and provide sufficient details.

Limits: no bleeding, branding, sharp objects, or other such extreme punishments, but feel free to make me cry !!

Put an ice cube in each hand and hold it until it melts. Do this 10 times nonstop. Them clap your hands together as hard as you can 15 times. Then use a ruler 50 times medium hard. Do the ice one more time (just once) and slam your palms down onto a hard flat surface. Do the ice one more time and see how fast you can type the report ;)

Grab some nettles with your bare hands and scrunch them up, and then grip them tightly.
