Make sure your next meal has something liquidy in it. The bins are off limits and you may only eat a half of your meal. The rest goes all over you. Strip off and pour the leftovers over yourself then wearing your tightest underwear go to the nearest park for a few hours. If there's a pond then you can use this to wash up

Mix your piss and poop together so it's extremely runny and spreadable wipe it all over your body but only on parts that will be hidden by clothes and go for a 40 min walk if you see a pond or any water on the way you can wash it off

Get two cans of dog food and try and eat them both within a minute, anything that`s left after the minute goes in your pants,.
