starting to feel some swelling - also seems warmer inside me now - also light cramping

yes now starting to feel it swelling up inside me - cramping more too

i could not hold it anylonger - lots of water came out - followed by lots of gas

still feeling like the gas is building up - also some cramping -

should i do a cleaning enema with just water -

how long will this last if i do nothing

thanks gemini1995 for replying - i do think if i do this again i will let the yeast active more before i put it in - i also think i would only do one pack of yeast

i did not use a butt plug -

not sure if this one is for me - but interesting to do

i can not say i would recommend this one- i have done milk and mollases enemas in the past with less discomfort
