This is something that I do every year and it’s always a lot of fun. I need rules to follow for the entirety of 2019. For every orgasm you have to wear a butt-plug for five days straight, with the only breaks being for toilet-use. If the orgasm wasn't anal-only, you have to wear panties, pantyhose and a bra for one week afterwards to balance out your feminine behaviour.

Count the times that you give a negative answer to anyone during your day. That number is how many minutes you will have to kneel on rice before being allowed to go to bed. Also write it on a paper and tally it at the end of each week. If the number is higher than 50 you are only allowed two toilet-visits for the next seven days.

Frankly, I'm of the opinion that you shouldn't wear any underwear but panties this whole year, and when you are home alone you should wear all girls clothes.
