Update i did the 75 it took a while because after i got to about 25-30 i was sore and needed to rest after every 6-10 because i was really hurting

I think after every 15 hits, you should soak your cock and balls in a large bowl of seriously cold ice water. I think three minutes each time is enough. No less than that, and the water needs to be very cold with a lot of ice floating in the water.

On the plus side, the cold will reduce swelling. And you're sure to be in enough agony from the cold that you'll barely remember how much the punches hurt. Win-Win!
