Post 1) what type of challenge you'd like, 2) what kinds of punishments you're amenable to if you fail.

The dares should be tough but achievable, with clear success/failure criteria, e.g. do x within 30 seconds, or do x for a minimum of 2 mins.

Obviously if you fail at your dare, you have to accept your punishment :p These should be harsh enough that the challengee doesn't fail on purpose, and should help motivate them to complete the dare. But lets not cause any actual bodily harm!
