Hello to all,

A task for slaves who enjoy TPE contol. Have your slave set up a lamp with an electronic timer set so that the light will turn on and off several times throughout the night. Of course your slave should not be allowed to touch the lamp or the timer once it's set up.

A different implementation of the same concept is a cd player.

I should mention, the idea is to disturb sleep not stop the sub from sleeping at all. Everyone needs a good night's sleep to function so make sure the disturbance won't keep them awake whilst it's on but merely make sleeping difficult and stop them getting to deep sleep. Also don't have the disturbance set to go all night, maybe for 2 or 3 half hour periods throughout the middle hours of the night and don't do it repeatedly or on consecutive nights.
